The Patient Concierge role at Ackerman Cancer Center is essential to maintaining and enhancing the patient experience. This part-time, evening position serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, playing a key role in setting a welcoming and professional tone from the moment they enter the facility. The Patient Concierge is responsible for the evening preparation and closing of the front desk and lobby, ensuring the environment is immaculate, comfortable, and equipped with refreshments such as coffee, water, and cookies for patients. Additionally, the Patient Concierge supports the front office team by assisting with check-in procedures, handling incoming calls, and performing light administrative tasks such as filing and data entry. This role demands a high level of professionalism, empathy, and organizational skills to help create a warm and efficient atmosphere that supports patient care and operational workflow.
