The General Manager will lead by example through training and developing mid-level managers and hourly employees, ensuring everyone understands and adheres to food safety and sanitation standards. Additionally, new General Managers will undergo initial training at the Jalapeno Tree location in Tyler, Texas before taking on their respective responsibilities at their home stores. The candidate must be dependable and possess the physical stamina necessary to manage the operational demands of the restaurant, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds in various temperature environments.
