This role is vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the resort, overseeing key resort functions such as front office, housekeeping, maintenance, security, loss prevention, and recreational activities through indirect supervision. The General Manager will be the primary point of contact for the Homeowners Association Board of Directors and will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations internally and externally.   • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of prior General Manager experience
  • 5 years of management experience in a comparable property
  • Comprehensive knowledge of vacation ownership principles, practices, and procedures
  • Thorough understanding of HOA laws and regulations
