The Restaurant General Manager role at Tasty Chick'n is a pivotal leadership position responsible for managing all aspects of a restaurant's day-to-day operations. The Restaurant General Manager must excel in operational management, including product preparation and delivery, customer service delivery, facility maintenance, and overall financial stewardship. The manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety standards, leading the implementation of company protocols, and driving continuous service enhancements.
Key responsibilities include executing performance management practices consistently, developing a strong leadership pipeline, and maintaining an open-door policy to encourage trust.
