The General Manager will collaborate closely with the Sales Leadership Team, Support Services Hub, and Service Team to synchronize efforts and uphold the company’s mission and values. Compensation starts at $94,000 annually, with a full salary range extending to $118,000 based on experience, tenure, and location, complemented by a potential bonus averaging 20% of the base salary paid quarterly. Key responsibilities include supervising Resident Services and Service Management teams, conducting regular meetings to track and improve property performance, driving financial strategies to control expenditures and increase revenue, and overseeing vendor and procurement processes in line with company policies. The General Manager also plays an essential role in maintaining a high-quality living environment through proactive management of resident concerns and coordination of resident engagement activities and events. This position entails regular property inspections, ensuring community areas and apartments are presented at their best for both current residents and prospects.
