The General Manager (GM) is responsible for managing the rental fleet, driving excellent customer service, and advancing sales and operational initiatives. This role plays a critical part in the profitability and success of the branches by managing staff, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and company standards. The position offers a competitive salary starting at $90,000 annually, with an attractive target bonus plan of $30,000, in addition to a company car and numerous opportunities for professional development. As a General Manager, you will be instrumental in managing all aspects of branch operations, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to align with business goals, enhancing operational processes, and fostering a motivated and engaged workforce. You will lead revenue growth strategies, cost analysis, and sales optimization efforts to maximize financial outcomes for the branches.
