This leadership role is integral to the operations within the Spa Department, overseeing all aspects of the spa to ensure outstanding guest experiences and operational excellence. The Spa Manager is responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising associates who deliver spa services, including salon treatments, skin care, massage therapy, reception duties, and locker room management. The role requires a balance of operational management, financial oversight, marketing collaboration, and team development to maintain high standards consistent with a luxury hotel spa.\n\nDaily responsibilities include managing the spa budget, tracking expenses and labor costs, ensuring the spa environment is impeccably maintained, and working closely with the marketing team to promote special events and seasonal wellness programs. The Spa Manager plays a vital role in maintaining guest satisfaction by responding promptly and effectively to inquiries and complaints, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
