We are currently looking for an experienced and dependable General Manager to lead our Detroit location. This full-time role offers a competitive salary between $50,000 and $55,000 annually and involves managing all store operations to achieve consistent sales performance and uphold our high standards of quality and customer care. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities including customer service, food and drink consistency, enforcing store policies, and supporting the execution of the Beyond Juicery brand's vision. This leadership position requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, inventory, and financial aspects such as Profit and Loss statements and cost control. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness and demonstrate strong leadership skills by mentoring and motivating a team to deliver excellent results. Additionally, the General Manager will actively participate in ongoing training programs and serve as a role model who leads by example with integrity and honesty. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year restaurant management experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years food service experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Strong organizational skills
