We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the daily operations at one of our Shorewood, Wisconsin franchise locations. • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques cooking methods and kitchen management practices
• Experience with inventory control systems and cash handling procedures
• Familiarity with fine dining casual dining quick service and fast food environments is preferred
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff through training and development initiatives
• Strong organizational skills with experience in budgeting and financial management
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed
