The role is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a specific operation at the terminal, including managing staff, scheduling, timesheets, and reporting to clients. The position requires monitoring employee performance and ensuring compliance with all procedures and licensing requirements, participating actively in the Safety Management System (SMS), and effectively communicating with client representatives and staff.
