The General Manager role at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Dallas is a critical leadership position tasked with steering the attraction to meet both short-term and long-term business objectives, including financial goals and guest satisfaction benchmarks. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD $80,000 to $90,000, reflecting the seniority and responsibility of the role. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring the highest standards in guest experience are consistently met while driving profitability through strategic planning and operational excellence. A key element of the role involves championing a guest-first culture by utilizing data insights to enhance visitor experiences continuously. The General Manager is expected to lead marketing initiatives that effectively segment and target diverse audiences, expanding market reach and identifying new growth opportunities.
