We are currently seeking dedicated Housekeepers to join the Silverado Tustin Hacienda team. This full-time position involves maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the community to ensure a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike. Housekeepers play a vital role in supporting the memory care mission by ensuring that resident rooms and common areas are sanitary and comfortable, which directly contributes to the residents’ overall well-being. This role requires reliability, a strong attention to detail, and a caring heart, as team members must interact respectfully with residents affected by cognitive impairments. No prior housekeeping experience is necessary, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals passionate about caregiving and service. Experience in assisted living or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
The position offers a competitive pay range between $18 and $20 per hour, with a schedule of Sunday through Thursday during the morning shift.                 - high school diploma or GED preferred
 - ability to read, write and speak English
 - comfortable working around animals and pets
 - willingness to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia
 - active role including walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
 - prior experience with older adults or memory care preferred
 - reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
