Your responsibilities will include routine and spontaneous cleaning of community common areas as well as over 200 resident apartments, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all residents. The compensation for this full-time role ranges from $19 to $23.14 per hour, depending on experience. • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
• ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, and lifting
