The current opportunity at Citrin offers a dynamic role where team members get to provide world-class hospitality while supporting the operational needs of car dealerships. This position operates mainly during normal business hours from morning until late afternoon, with shifts available Monday through Friday between 7 am and 6 pm, offering flexibility with both part-time and full-time schedules. Starting pay is competitive, beginning at $17 per hour, with the benefit of weekly paychecks every Friday to support financial stability. Employees start earning paid vacation days immediately and may also access 401k plans after one year of service. In this role, team members will greet customers as they arrive with an emphasis on hospitality, move vehicles safely around the dealership while prioritizing safety and focus, organize vehicle inventory, and handle additional tasks such as vehicle washing, parts delivery, and quality control at select locations. The job is engaging and fast-paced, designed to sharpen networking and client service skills in a supportive environment. Eligible and trained employees might also have the exciting opportunity to drive vehicles and customers offsite around the city. Maintaining vehicle cleanliness to Citrin standards is also key, involving detailed tasks like cleaning wheels, pressure washing exteriors, hand drying, and vacuuming interiors.
