This hospitality-focused Concierge position at Clarendale at Indian Lake offers a unique opportunity to be the welcoming face of the community. Available part time for weekend shifts, from Friday through Sunday, the Concierge plays a pivotal role in shaping residents’, guests’, vendors’, and prospective employees’ first impressions of the community. By providing warm and professional greetings, handling inquiries with care, and managing various administrative responsibilities, the Concierge ensures a seamless and positive experience for all who enter. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for providing hospitality within a senior living environment. Concierges are responsible for managing telephone communications promptly and professionally, addressing and resolving concerns to meet both organizational standards and individual needs, as well as managing the receipt and delivery notifications of packages. Additionally, the Concierge supports maintenance operations by preparing work orders upon request and assists the Business Office Manager on various projects and assignments. This dynamic position offers a chance to enhance operational efficiency while playing a central role in the social and logistical fabric of the community. Employees in this role will be compensated starting at $15.50 per hour up to $17 per hour, depending on experience. The shifts run from 3 pm to 8 pm on weekends, with occasional opportunities to cover additional shifts as needed. Clarendale at Indian Lake also provides necessary background checks, drug screening, and TB skin testing at no cost to the employee, underscoring its commitment to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment.
