They will liaise closely with Sales and Implementation teams to support onboarding of new shops and improve retention rates. Execution of financial oversight such as managing budgets and operational KPIs—including profit and loss statements, order volume, warehouse efficiency, and delivery costs—is also a significant responsibility. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
