We are currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist & Safety Administrator to join our main office team. This full-time, in-office role is essential in delivering a professional and warm reception to visitors and facilitating seamless communication throughout the company. The person in this role will not only manage front desk responsibilities but also support our safety and compliance efforts, ensuring operational processes run smoothly and meet regulatory requirements. The position demands a highly organized, customer-focused individual who can juggle multiple duties such as greeting visitors, managing inbound calls, coordinating office supplies, handling clerical tasks, and supporting administrative compliance. Additionally, the Safety Administrator component of the role requires tracking and reporting on safety metrics, managing workers' compensation claims, and maintaining awareness of relevant local, state, and federal regulations. This position plays a critical role in the safety and operational integrity of our workplace.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, with preference given to those with further education such as an associate’s or bachelor's degree. Experience in administrative, customer service, or safety support roles is essential, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and a readiness to learn new software platforms. Strong communication skills, an ability to multitask, and keen attention to detail and confidentiality are paramount to excelling in this job.
This role is 100% in-office and involves frequent interaction with team members, management, visitors, and vendors. The successful applicant will be comfortable handling diverse tasks, meeting deadlines, and providing exceptional service both in person and via phone. Physical capability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds is also required.
