This full-time position demands working three 12-hour shifts per week between 7:45 AM to 8:15 PM, with the flexibility to float across multiple urgent care locations within the Texas Health network. As a Clinical Concierge, you will be the central point of contact guiding patients through their urgent care journey. Your duties will encompass clinical functions such as assisting healthcare providers with procedures and treatment, performing laboratory tests and x-rays, as well as administrative responsibilities including patient registration, payment collection, rooming, and discharge processing. In this role, you will ensure each patient feels welcomed and cared for by establishing trust and rapport, demonstrating professionalism and empathy to enhance patient satisfaction and throughput. Competency in various clinical skills is essential, including measuring vitals, documenting medical histories accurately, administering medications, and assisting with orthopedic applications and laceration repairs. Additionally, the Clinical Concierge is responsible for managing office and medical supplies, conducting quality checks, and responding promptly to emergencies by performing basic life support techniques and oxygen administration. This position requires holding credentials such as a Non-Certified Radiology Technician license registered by the Texas Medical Board at hire and either a Medical Assistant education or a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification in Texas. Candidates will also need relevant health care clinical experience and training in x-rays or internal NCT programs.   • H.S. diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of approved NCT training program
  • Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program or vocational nurse program
  • 6 months previous health care facility clinical experience as LVN, MA, CNA, or other patient care
  • 6 months previous x-ray experience or completion of internal THR NCT training program
  • Registered Non-Certified Radiology Technician by the Texas Medical Board upon hire
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse State of Texas if LVN upon hire
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • THR Urine Drug Collector training
