This position plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and adhering to safety protocols by reporting concerns and incidents as needed. The ideal candidate for this role exhibits excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, is organized and reliable, and possesses a passion for fitness and health. They are adept at using computer systems like POS and CRM platforms to manage member accounts and transactions efficiently.
