We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Bartenders to join the team at Harkins Theatres. The Bartender role is integral to the daily operation of the theatre bar area, responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety within the bar. This position requires making and serving drinks to guests while ensuring the delivery of a superior moviegoing experience. Bartenders play a pivotal role in engaging with guests, answering questions, making recommendations, and upselling bar items to enhance overall customer satisfaction. The position also demands strict adherence to company policies and federal, state, and local liquor laws and regulations. Bartenders must monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and ensure that all bar staff comply with regulatory standards to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all theater patrons. • High school diploma or GED
• 2 plus years of alcohol service experience in a bar setting
• Completion of the Responsible Vendor training course and Certification Exam is mandatory with a passing score
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Working knowledge of state and local liquor laws
• Excellent guest service skills
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Bilingual, Spanish a plus
