• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Availability to work PRN schedule as needed
• Physical ability to assist residents in and out of vehicles
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections and maintenance assistance
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic CPR certification preferred
