As a front desk receptionist at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco, you become a central part of the Front Office Team, responsible for ensuring that guests have a smooth, welcoming, and seamless arrival and departure experience. This role holds great significance as it is often the first point of contact and the last impression guests have of the hotel, making it a high-profile position with unique responsibilities.
The front desk receptionist provides a warm welcome, registers guests efficiently, manages payment methods, and checks guests in and out while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction. You will be tasked with responding to a wide range of guest requests with accuracy and professional hospitality, offering personalized recommendations, and maintaining compliance with Four Seasons standards. This position demands excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a high-volume work environment, and the flexibility to work various shifts including overnight, holidays, and weekends.

- Previous luxury hotel front desk experience preferred
- Must have excellent customer service and guest contact skills
- Ideal candidates will be outgoing and enjoy helping others
- Candidates with a degree in hospitality or similar are preferred
- Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport is required
- Above average communication skills both written and oral are required
- Current Four Seasons employees bilingual candidates and those with prior experience in a luxury hotel environment will receive priority consideration
- Must possess the ability to work in a high volume operation
- Must be able to multi-task and complete tasks by established deadlines
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including overnight shifts holidays and or weekends
