The Front Desk Receptionist's responsibilities are multifaceted, encompassing greeting and directing visitors and vendors, notifying staff of arrivals, maintaining security by monitoring visitor logs and issuing badges, and managing telephone communications. Furthermore, the individual will handle facility inquiries, manage mail and deliveries, maintain office supplies by coordinating with vendors, and update both paper and electronic records diligently. This position requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and courteously.
Our hospital values employees who demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a supportive attitude, especially given the sensitive nature of behavioral health care. As such, Ohio Hospital for Psychiatry offers an environment committed to staff welfare, including a comprehensive benefits package for staff working over 30 hours weekly, which encompasses competitive hourly wages with shift differentials, medical, dental, and vision insurance options, a 401(k) retirement plan via Acadia Healthcare, and substantial opportunities for professional development.
