The Front Desk Receptionist position at Familia Dental is critical in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience from the moment patients enter the office. This role involves checking in patients, verifying insurance eligibility, scheduling and rescheduling appointments as necessary, and handling payment collections for services rendered. Whether part-time or full-time, the receptionist will work closely with other healthcare professionals and administrative staff to maintain accurate patient records and uphold the highest standards of customer service. The successful candidate will be sensitive to patient needs, able to communicate clearly and professionally, and adept at managing a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Training is provided to support the development of new team members. This position offers flexible working hours with availability during weekdays and some Saturdays, suitable for candidates seeking part-time or full-time opportunities.
