The Projects Coordinator position is a key role within the organization, designed to provide crucial support to the Project Supervisor and the Chief Operations Officer in managing and advancing agency-wide projects, initiatives, and policies. This full-time, non-exempt role is located remotely within the Stockton-Turlock region of California and offers a competitive hourly pay range of $32.00 to $34.00. The Projects Coordinator is responsible for organizing and driving strategic initiatives that enhance organizational excellence and long-term agency success. This involves ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, coordinating complex cross-departmental projects, and supporting senior leadership to meet operational goals.   • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative and document support experience for senior management
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe Professional

  • Capable of preparing budget layouts and designing complex equations with accuracy
