The Front Desk Agent serves as the friendly face of the hotel, providing warm welcomes, handling guest registrations, answering inquiries about hotel amenities and local attractions, and managing a variety of payment methods including credit cards, cash, and vouchers. Managing guest complaints with tact, patience, and professional judgment is a critical aspect of the role, requiring strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve conflicts effectively.
