The successful candidate will apply their outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills to handle inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty. In this fast-paced, customer-facing role, the Front Desk Agent supports overall hotel operations by efficiently coordinating with various departments, managing reservations, handling cash procedures, and offering detailed information about the local area and hotel amenities.
