The Community Concierge is a pivotal on-site role instrumental to the seamless operation of Core’s leasing offices. This position demands a dynamic, adaptable professional who is as comfortable providing exceptional customer service and conducting community tours as they are managing outreach marketing, resident retention efforts, and overnight on-call responsibilities. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a community-focused environment and who are passionate about enhancing resident satisfaction through proactive engagement and brand representation. The Community Concierge will also assist with office duties and special projects, reinforcing their essential role in the property’s daily success. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, accommodating a minimum of 15 hours per week with shifts lasting at least three hours on-site. Beyond routine tasks, the Community Concierge serves as an ambassador for the Lifestyle by Core brand, ensuring that every aspect of community presentation and resident interaction upholds the company’s high standards. From managing social media content using tools like Canva to engaging with local student organizations and facilitating marketing events, this role blends operational support with creative and strategic outreach.
