The Front Desk Agent role at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is a vital position responsible for delivering exceptional guest service at the initial point of contact from check-in through check-out. This position requires a friendly, courteous, and efficient approach to managing the front desk operations, ensuring guests experience a seamless and welcoming stay. In addition to direct guest interaction, the Front Desk Agent plays a leadership role within the team by supporting fellow associates and maintaining clear communication to facilitate smooth daily operations. Duties include greeting guests according to the companys high standards, executing check-in and check-out procedures accurately and confidentially, handling front desk computer systems and office equipment, and completing shift checklists efficiently. The role emphasizes a service-oriented mindset combined with professionalism and care.
This is a part-time or full-time hourly position with a pay rate of 14 per hour, offering comprehensive benefits for eligible employees.
