The Fresh Food Manager position at Love's is integral to maintaining the operational excellence of the fresh kitchen area within their travel stops. This role is designed for individuals passionate about the food industry and customer satisfaction. As a Fresh Food Manager, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for ensuring the kitchen is safe, clean, and compliant with strict food safety standards. Your leadership will be crucial in managing day-to-day kitchen operations, including efficient ordering, stocking, and inventory management, all aimed at driving sales and enhancing customer experience. Additionally, you will oversee task execution, maintain schedule integrity, and handle regular reporting duties—daily, weekly, and monthly.

- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience affecting and deciphering budgets and profit and loss statements
- Minimum 1 year supervising and training five or more employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Frequent lifting and moving of items over 50 pounds
