The role available is for an entry-level Baker position at Fresh Baguette's Germantown production center located at 19548 Amaranth Drive Germantown, MD 20874. This full-time, hourly opportunity, paying between $17.65 and $18.00 per hour, is ideal for someone eager to learn professional baking in a collaborative environment. The position offers comprehensive training from skilled professional bakers known for their expertise in creating high-quality artisanal organic breads. Responsibilities include following recipes and standard operating procedures, preparing ingredients, shaping dough, and using commercial bakery equipment such as ovens, loaders, proofers, and mixers. The baker must operate efficiently and maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. The role requires open availability to work five days a week, including weekends, with shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and working holidays.
