The Warehouse Associate role at POOLCORP's Dallas, TX location is a critical position that supports the overall team and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely managing warehouse operations in a fast-paced setting. This position plays a key part in the daily logistics workflow by efficiently pulling, filling, packing, and setting up orders for delivery or pickup. The Warehouse Associate also assists with loading delivery trucks, receiving shipments, managing inventory through logs and audits, and maintaining clear communication across supervisors, sales staff, and customers to coordinate smooth delivery and pick-up processes. Forklift operation is an essential function of this role, requiring safe operation, current certification, and routine vehicle safety checks. Additionally, the associate helps keep the facility clean, neat, safe, and operationally efficient, contributing to a productive working environment. This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 to $20, with the opportunity to earn up to $2,500 in performance bonuses. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., which provides a stable and consistent routine for employees.
