The role available is for a Kitchen Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing all kitchen functions within the restaurant. This position entails full responsibility for managing the preparation, purchasing, and quality control of food products. The Kitchen Manager will enforce sanitation and cleanliness protocols to ensure a safe, hygienic working environment. This leadership role also includes training kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food presentation, portion control, and cost management, reinforcing operational excellence across kitchen teams. The ideal candidate will manage the daily operations of the kitchen including hiring and evaluating kitchen personnel, scheduling labor in alignment with business demands, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Additionally, this manager will collaborate closely with restaurant managers to plan menus, price items, and establish standardized recipes and portion sizes to uphold consistency and customer satisfaction.
