The Food Truck Cook role at Angel of the Winds is a full-time position that starts at a competitive wage of $19.23 per hour plus tips. This position involves working in a high-energy environment where the ability to prepare menu items efficiently while maintaining quality standards is essential. As a Food Truck Cook, the employee is expected to have thorough knowledge and skill in preparing all menu items, following prep lists, and maintaining a well-stocked cooking station. Working in this capacity means being proficient at cooking on all stations within the food truck and managing kitchen orders accurately and timely in coordination with the broader kitchen team.
This role requires excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with team members and guests under the pressures of a fast-paced food service setting. The individual must strictly adhere to company quality standards, portion sizes, cooking methods, and safety protocols including food safety and sanitation guidelines compliant with HACCP. The Food Truck Cook will also be responsible for maintaining a clean workstation, proper plate presentation, and providing alcohol service as outlined by the Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) program.
Additional responsibilities include operating the POS system to take orders and handle payments, maintaining cash till reconciliation, recording tips confidentially, and engaging guests in a friendly and professional manner. The role demands flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events including banquets and social functions.                 - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency

 - Must have a valid Washington state Driver License
