This position is for a Food Services Supervisor within Memorial Healthcare System. The Food Services department plays a crucial role in supporting patient care by ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely preparation and delivery of meals. As a Food Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily staff activities, providing leadership, and maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and customer satisfaction. The Food Services Supervisor will lead, mentor, and train the food service staff, assisting with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when necessary.
