The position available is for a Food Service Cook at Oak Hill K6, where the selected individual will work 40 weeks per year following the EVSC school calendar. This role involves preparing high-quality, nutritious, and safe meals for school students while adhering to federal, state, and local food safety regulations. Working hours for this role are 7 hours per day, from 6:30 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday.                 - High school diploma or GED
 - Two to three years of previous quantity food preparation experience
 - Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide in relation to forecasting and recipe adjustment
 - Successful completion of ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Course
 - Successful completion of EVSC Cook's Training class
 - Maintain a 90 percent attendance rate
 - Ability to perform duties and communicate in a noisy environment
 - Maintain appropriate levels of personal hygiene and sanitation
 - Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
 - Work schedule of 40 weeks per year, 5 days per week, 7 hours per day
 - Ability to stand for long periods and bend or twist at the neck and trunk
 - Ability to work with electrical and gas appliances
