The role of Food Server at Hilton Los Angeles Airport is integral to maintaining their high standards of guest service and operational profitability. As a Food Server, the primary responsibility is to serve food and/or beverages to guests, ensuring an outstanding dining experience that aligns with Hilton's values of hospitality, integrity, and teamwork. This position offers a wage of $22.50 per hour plus gratuities and requires availability for a schedule from 3:30pm to 11:30pm, with flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed. In this role, the Food Server is expected to respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, have thorough knowledge of the menu, including current restaurant promotions and specials, and accurately take and input food and beverage orders using the hotel's point-of-sale system. The server retrieves and delivers orders efficiently, monitoring guest satisfaction throughout the service. They are responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations. Additionally, maintaining a well-stocked serving station is crucial for smooth service.
