The Food Server Assistant plays a key role in enhancing the dining experience by supporting the Food Server and ensuring smooth operation of the dining area. This guest-facing position is crucial in maintaining timely food and beverage delivery, as well as ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting space for all guests. The hourly rate offered for this role is $25.25, reflecting the value we place on professionalism, efficiency, and teamwork. As a Food Server Assistant, you will be responsible for promptly delivering food and beverages to guests, clearing and resetting tables quickly to accommodate new visitors, and maintaining an immaculate and well-stocked dining environment. You will also anticipate guest needs by refilling water and other beverages and restocking service stations, helping to create a seamless dining experience. This position demands physical stamina for lifting, pushing, and pulling moderately heavy items, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Preferred candidates will have prior experience in restaurant or hospitality environments; however, this is not a mandatory requirement, as we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn equally.
