One of the core responsibilities of the Food Safety Specialist is to foster a culture of food safety excellence, ensuring that every level of the organization—from team members to leadership—is knowledgeable and compliant with food safety protocols. This role requires the expertise to conduct regular audits, provide actionable feedback, and deliver targeted training programs designed to enhance food safety knowledge and practices among staff. The Food Safety Specialist also serves as a key technical advisor on matters related to food safety regulations, hazard analysis (HACCP), labeling compliance, and product quality testing. • Minimum three years of experience working in operational food safety
