• High school diploma or equivalent
• at least 1 year of management experience in retail or related field
• strong communication skills both verbal and written
• ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• creativity in problem-solving
• ability to remain calm under pressure
• availability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts
• physical ability to move merchandise up to 25 lbs, ascend/descend ladders, and remain upright for extended periods
• ability to understand and follow instructions relating to store operations and layouts
