This role is for a full-time, non-management position within the Food and Beverage & Culinary department of Gaylord Opryland. The position focuses on providing outstanding guest service where the work encompasses much more than simply serving food to guests. Employees in this role act as experts in guest service, taking the initiative to offer a wide array of services intended to ensure guests enjoy an exceptional and personalized experience. Tasks include everything from setting tables and assisting in kitchen operations to cleaning work areas and restocking supplies, all contributing to the seamless flow of service and overall guest satisfaction. The role demands attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Employees in this position must be physically active—standing, walking for long periods, navigating uneven or slippery surfaces, lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds, reaching high places, bending, stretching, and twisting to complete their duties successfully.
