This role is critical to the smooth operation of the dining room, focusing on ensuring every guest has an enjoyable dining experience through timely and accurate delivery of food orders. The Food Runner acts as a key liaison between the Front of the House and Back of the House staff, maintaining high standards of food presentation and safety.
