For this particular position, Aramark is seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join their team. This full-time role has a fixed shift from 5 am to 3 pm and requires availability on weekends. The Grill Cook is responsible for preparing food items according to precise production guidelines and standardized recipes while strictly adhering to food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures. This vital role demands a thorough understanding of ingredient preparation including measuring, chopping, mixing, and trimming, as well as the safe handling and usage of various kitchen utensils including knives. The successful candidate will meticulously set up and maintain their workstation, ensuring it is equipped with all necessary ingredients and tools to produce high-quality food to delight customers. The role places strong emphasis on maintaining excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, coworkers, and clients alike. The Grill Cook must comply with company safety policies and procedures, including securing company assets to ensure a safe and well-managed kitchen environment.
