The open position is for a Porter, an essential member of the on-site residential property management team. The Porter role at Willow Bridge is vital in maintaining the property's exterior appearance and ensuring the community remains clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors. Daily duties involve detailed inspection and cleanup routines, including trash removal, landscaping maintenance, and ensuring common areas like mail rooms remain orderly and free of debris.
Additionally, this role includes light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, window screens, and air filters, as well as assisting with apartment make-ready preparations. The Porter may also be involved in cleaning vacant apartments, supporting repair teams, and contributing to pool and common area cleanliness.                 - Must be able to lift 80-100 pounds on a regular basis
 - keep property, management office, landscaping clean by inspecting property each morning and picking up trash
 - keep mail rooms clean by picking up trash, sweeping floors, and removing dated notices
 - replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways
 - replace first floor window screens upon request
 - assist with apartment make-readies by trashing vacant units, caulking, checking appliances and smoke detectors, and replacing parts
 - clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in all vacant apartments
 - install, move and hook up appliances
 - replace air filters as scheduled for all occupied apartments
 - clean pool area by hosing down, picking up trash, and straightening chairs
 - perform light painting duties as directed
 - clean vacant apartments between residents
 - assist Lead Service Manager or Service Technician as requested
