The Executive Chef will be a key leader within the food and beverage operations, responsible for maintaining exceptional food quality, managing kitchen operations within budget, and leading a talented culinary team. This role involves adherence to the company-mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs to ensure consistency and cost control. The Executive Chef works closely with sales and operations teams to plan and execute catering and special events, ensuring seamless service from preparation through cleanup. With a salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 annually, this position offers a competitive compensation package along with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare coverage and other rewards. As an Executive Chef at Lucky Strike, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen management including staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance development. Certification in ServSafe is mandatory, and instructor certification is preferred.
