We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our fine dining steak house, lobby bar, in-room dining service, and the exclusive Regency Club. This supervisory role is crucial for maintaining seamless operations across multiple food and beverage outlets within the hotel. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food and beverage management, strong leadership abilities, and a customer-focused mindset that promotes service excellence. The F&B Supervisor is expected to coordinate closely with the Restaurant Manager to manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations, ensuring the team delivers high-quality service that meets Hyatt’s standards.
This position demands hands-on involvement during service hours, including welcoming guests, addressing their concerns in a professional manner, and ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience is impeccable. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and overall customer satisfaction are key responsibilities, alongside fostering a positive work environment where teamwork and staff engagement are encouraged. - Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role in a full-service restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence
- Prior hotel food and beverage experience is a plus
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- Fine dining experience preferred
- Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances
- Ability to lift pull and push moderate weight
- Engaged trainer able to facilitate at all levels
- Qualification in hospitality management preferred but not essential
- Ability to handle effective hiring training development promotion and continuous reinforcement
- Leadership skills to coach team for guest service and employee satisfaction
