The role available is a full-time, management position in the Food and Beverage and Culinary category at this luxury property. The position reports directly to senior leadership and plays a critical role in overseeing all food and beverage operations throughout the hotel, including culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service activities. The salary range for this position is from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, with additional eligibility for a performance-based bonus. As the Food and Beverage Manager, the individual is responsible for ensuring guest and employee satisfaction by maintaining and elevating service and operational standards. The role requires in-depth knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations, along with proven leadership skills to manage diverse teams efficiently. This position involves strategic business planning for the food and beverage departments, including budget development, cost management, financial forecasting, and continuous improvement efforts.
The manager leads daily operations, supervises and mentors team members, and fosters a culture of motivation, empowerment, and teamwork. By setting clear expectations and promoting service excellence, the Food and Beverage Manager drives alignment with the brand’s culture and ensures that guests receive unparalleled luxury service.                 - High school diploma or GED
 - 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related field
 - OR 2-year degree from accredited university in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
 - 2 years experience in related field
