The Events & Partnerships Specialist role at OnPoint is pivotal in managing and executing both internal and external event activations. This position directly supports approximately half of the annual activations, making it a critical component of the company’s marketing strategy. The specialist leads high-profile sponsorships with key partners such as OSAA and Live Nation, ensuring that all aspects of each event reflect OnPoint’s commitment to quality and brand consistency. This role demands an organized, strategic thinker with robust project management skills, capable of coordinating event logistics, managing partnerships including contract negotiations, and delivering engaging onsite activations. Key responsibilities include planning and executing OnPoint-sponsored events, overseeing all logistical elements such as setup, staffing, and materials, and managing multiple marketing partnerships with a focus on contract deliverables and budget oversight. The specialist plays a creative role in conceptualizing and executing onsite experiences that range from championship awards to concerts, ensuring an engaging presence at every event.
