The manager ensures a seamless dining experience by coordinating daily front-of-house operations, maintaining high service standards, and assisting in achieving departmental goals alongside the Assistant General Manager.
Responsibilities include supervising and training service staff, managing reservation systems, conducting pre-shift meetings, addressing guest concerns promptly, and ensuring compliance with all alcohol service policies and local regulations. This role also involves active participation in inventory management, point-of-sale monitoring, and stepping in as manager on duty when senior leadership is absent. The position demands strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Offering a competitive salary between $60,000 and $75,000 annually, Racine Country Club also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability, and paid time off.
