We are currently seeking dedicated bartenders to join our team on both full-time and part-time bases. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about mixology, customer service, and working in a dynamic hospitality setting. Bartenders at our establishment play a critical role in preparing and serving drinks, engaging with customers to recommend beverages based on their preferences, and ensuring the bar area is organized and well-stocked. These professionals must be adept at checking identification to comply with legal drinking age requirements, handling cash transactions accurately, and monitoring customer behavior to maintain a safe environment. The role requires collaboration with kitchen staff for timely food service and the ability to handle event or banquet settings when needed. Our bartenders are the face of our venue, responsible for boosting sales through effective up-selling strategies while fostering a hospitable and inviting ambiance for all patrons.
- previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- knowledge of sales techniques and up-selling strategies
- familiarity with food service and brewing processes
- strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- experience in banquet or event settings is a plus
- familiarity with retail math and point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial
